Watch Out for Water Over Roads in Coming Days
Rain, mild temperatures and melting snowdrifts can cause water to pool on local roadways.
Drivers should be particularly careful in low-lying areas. When water is running over a road surface, it can be difficult or impossible to judge the depth. If the road is damaged or completely washed away, it may not be obvious, so never go around “Road Closed” signs or barriers. Fog may also develop as snow melts—especially overnight in low lying areas, so use caution!
