Reception/Records Window Hours
10 a.m. to 12 Noon and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday

If you need assistance during "closed" Reception Window hours, please check the phone menu, and punch in the appropriate number, for the Division you need. 

Also there is a locked receptacle available for records' requests or civil process paperwork.  There are forms available for records requests and civil process service information.  The record request or the civil process paperwork along with the civil process information sheet can go in one of the envelopes provided.  The forms and the envelopes are located on top of the receptacle.

Public Fingerprinting
Saturday mornings from 8-10am.  You must be a Chippewa County resident.

Fees
Civil Process Fees standard service: $55 Pre-pay unless waiver of indigency.
Writs & Executions: $75 Pre-pay & Indemnity Bond required.
