Office Duties: Receipt county general revenue, receipt all county delinquent and postponed real property tax payments. Collect first installment of property taxes for the City of Eau Claire, 16 th Ward. Mail checks and reconcile checking account. County investments. Issue Tax Certificates and process Tax Deed in Rem. Certify Lottery Credit. Collect and Receipt Economic Development Loan Payments.Property Listing duties would include: Maintenance real and personal property masterfile which includes production of assessment rolls, tax rolls and tax bills. Order forms for listing process. Settle tax rolls with tax districts.
