Criminal Justice Collaborating Council
The Criminal Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC) is made up of individuals with an interest in the criminal justice system. The goal of the CJCC will be to establish and foster innovate and effective corrections programs for adult and juvenile offenders that will help to quality for future state and federal grants that fund stuch programs. The CJCC's outcome will be recommending ways to improve the criminal justice system in Chippewa County that will change offender behavior, reduce the need for jail and prisons, and may in turn save money for the county.
