Hay Meadow Horse Trail
Welcome to Chippewa County's equestrian trail system. This trail winds through scenic northern hardwood forests. The rolling glacial moraine in the area offers constant changes in terrain and landscapes. Riders will pass by many lakes, ponds, and woodland streams on this truly scenic trail.
This trail was developed by the Chippewa County Forest and Parks Department with assistance from the Chippewa Valley Trail Riders Association. This organization donated materials and labor to build the pit toilets at the trail-head parking area, and is responsible for signing and trail maintenance.
