Children With Differing Abilities Committee
The Children with Differing Abilities Advisory Committee shall fulfill the responsibilities of the Community Options Commission as set forth in Wis. Stats. §46.27(3) and (4), the Family Support Advisory Committee as set forth in Wis. Stats. § 46.985(3), the Mental Health Coordinating Committee as set forth in Wis. Stats. § 46.56(2) and (3), and the Birth to 3 Advisory Board as set forth in Wisconsin Administrative Code HFS § 90.06(2) (a). This is a 16 member committee. Members of the Children with Differing Abilities Advisory Committee shall include one County Board Supervisor from the Health and Human Services Board and remaining fifteen members being citizen members as representatives of the interested parties as enumerated in the statutes and administrative code above. Members are appointed for two, three and four-year terms. The committee meets every three months.
