The WRRWC will be giving all providers that option to contract to provide CCS services. The goal is to provide services, as defined by the service array, throughout the region according to the expectations of the WRRWC, CCS administrative code (DHS 36), and third party payers.
Providers may be contracted through the following processes:
- Option 1: Existing Provider agrees to outcomes, expectations and rates. Complete contracting and training process.
- Option 2: Customer requests a provider or non-traditional service that is not currently contracted. Provider agrees to outcomes, expectations, and rates. Complete contracting and training process.
- Option 3: In situations where the WRRWC does not have a service, the service area is not completely covered, or we desire, we will complete the Request For Proposal (RFP) process to address needs. Complete RFP process, contracting, and training process.
Additional Items for Contracting

In order to be compliant with the CCS program, there are requirements that we expect our providers to be aware of and follow. Please take a look at our Provider Packet which is very specific in what the CCS Program entails and what each provider will be responsible for. The Provider Packet clearly outlines the contracting process, documentation and training requirements, and also what we will need in order to bill Medical Assistance.
For examples of the required documents please visit the WRRWC Provider Requirements page.
