Office Duties: Performs administrative duties for the courts, including jury, fiscal, and records management. Collections and enforcement of all fines and forfeitures. Disseminate information to the public on procedures to file small claims, domestic abuse, harassment, child abuse and elder abuse cases, and other court related activity. Record keeping, monitoring, and scheduling of court cases included but not limited to small claims, family, civil, garnishment, criminal, traffic, ordinance. Issuance of occupational drivers license for habitual traffic offenders. Record of liens and judgments. IDIP Program-community service.
