In September 2002, the Chippewa County Department of Public Health collaborated with fifty-six county  residents to get input to formulate a picture of the health of Chippewa County. Seven health priority areas were identified and analyzed. During this analysis, a consistent theme became clear. County residents wanted to hear more about health issues that impact Chippewa County.  Project Prevention is the Health Department’s response.
