County Administrator Recruitment
Chippewa County, Wisconsin (pop. 62,000) is seeking a County Administrator to serve as its Chief Administrative Officer. The position is responsible for administering and coordinating the overall operations of departments managed by appointed officials and for providing staff assistance to the 15-member County Board of Supervisors and overseeing the Department of Administration, which includes Finance, Human Resources, Corporation Counsel, Information Technology, and Facilities & Parks, as well as the Criminal Justice Collaborating Coordinator. The County has an annual 2017 operating budget of $61.9 million and employs 327 full-time employees organized into 18 departments.
