STH 124 & CTH S Roundabout Closure for Pavement Maintenance 10/23-10/25/2017

STH 124 & CTH S Will Be Detoured

STH 124 & CTH S Roundabout will be CLOSED for Pavement Maintenance Monday October 23rd thru October 25th 2017

HWY 124 North Bound Detour

Starting at 124 NB and CTH P (Woodward Ave) there will be a PCMS Board to direct Traffic that 124 NB and CTH S intersection is closed.  Also at CTH X/ River Road there will be another PCMS Board to direct traffic on 124 SB to follow 124 North detour (Barricades will be placed at High St and Grand Ave intersection with closure ahead along with another barricade at High St and Elm St intersection).  Once traffic gets on 124 North from CTH P and South from River St/ CTH X traffic will then be directed onto Business 29 East. Traffic will continue on to BUS 29 EB to 178 Seymour Cray and continue on STH 178 Seymour Cray NB to CTH S roundabout intersection. From the roundabout they will then head approximately 7.5 miles on HWY 178 NB and turn onto CTH Y WB. Traffic will head approximately 3.5 miles West to STH 124 NB and resume travel.  End Detour

 

HWY 124 South Bound Detour

Starting at HWY 124 SB and CTH Y EB traffic will head approximately 3.5 miles. They will then turn onto HWY 178 SB where they will travel 7.5 miles to CTH S and Hwy 178 roundabout. They will then Continue South on Seymour Cray to HWY 178. Continue on HWY 178 to Business HWY 29 WB and then continue on 124 SB or 124 NB at the 124 and Business 29 roundabout. End Detour

 

CTH S Detour East and West

There is NO Designated Detour for CTH S.

 

CTH S Rands Trucking Frac Sand Haul Route

From Plant

Trucks will head east to Hwy 178. South on 178 to STH 29. They will then head west to US 53 NB to CTH B. End Detour

To Plant

CTH B to US 53 SB to STH 29 EB. They will then head to STH 178 (Seymour Cray) NB to CTH S. West on CTH S to Plant Entrance. End Detour
